Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall technical operations, utilities, manpower, and security services

Oversee vendors, contractors, bill certification, and cost negotiations

Maintain electrical systems (HT/LT, DG sets, transformers) and HVAC systems (chillers, VRV, AHU, FAU)

Ensure operation of fire safety systems, CCTV, access control, and BMS

Monitor plumbing, STP/WTP, refrigeration, cold rooms, and kitchen extraction systems

Conduct energy audits, manage diesel procurement, and control operating costs

Liaise with local authorities and power utilities for compliance and approvals.

Response time to fault resolution

Reduction in operational and maintenance costs.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 4years’ experience managing mall or large retail facilities

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
