I.T Executive / Technician

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, servers, routers, switches, printers, UPS, and other network hardware.

Monitor network performance and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.

Manage servers (email, database, backups) and end-user workstations.

Maintain documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and service records.

Collaborate with department heads to assess IT capacity needs.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Support IT systems to enhance inventory management, supply chain visibility, production uptime, and energy efficiency.

Requirements

HND or BSc in IT / Computer Science. MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications preferred

2+ years of experience in IT support or network administration.

Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, Thin Clients, printers, Outlook, MS Office.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure.
