Key Responsibilities

 

Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes

Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events

Maintain filing systems and documentation

Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Support management with operational coordination

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

3–5 years administrative experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
