Key Responsibilities

 

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.

Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and loss prevention.

Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Requirements

 

Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in retail/store supervision.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems.

Must reside in or around Ajah.
