Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong distributor and wholesale partner network across Lagos.
Ensure efficient product distribution and availability across traditional markets and retail channels.
Build strategic relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Manage stock movement, logistics coordination, and inventory flow across distribution points.
Identify opportunities to expand market coverage and improve distribution efficiency.
Monitor distributor performance and implement strategies to improve sales and coverage.
Collaborate with the sales team to support territory growth and market penetration.
Provide regular reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in FMCG, building materials, or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of Lagos major markets and retail distribution networks.
Experience working with modern retail channels and supermarkets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple distribution partners and territories effectively.
