Key Responsibilities

Onboarding traders within your assigned cluster

Supporting inventory financing and monitoring repayment cycles

Encouraging repeat inventory usage with reliable customers

Promoting savings mobilisation through the Hadi Finance app

Monitor customer activity and flag potential repayment risks

Building strong relationships with traders and market leaders

Keeping accurate records and sharing field updates with the team

Requirements

Minimum of NCE or OND, any relevant field

Lives within assigned cluster

Comfortable working in a field-based role

Good communication and relationship-building skills

Basic smartphone literacy

Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
