Job Description
Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
Monitor and maintain customer database.
Train Carriers and Sales Representative on parcel Exchange Applications and Assist clients to Upload Product seamslessly
Make Outbounds Calls to our clients.
Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
Provide first-level technical support services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
She must Reside Around isolo, oshodi and mushin Lagos
She must be good with micrsoft Excel, word and others.
