Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic fashion retail team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong client relationship
Key Responsibilitie
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling technique
Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store
Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance
Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns
Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs
