The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and processing orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.
The ideal candidate should be professional, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure proper order processing.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure effective communication between the service area and kitchen staff.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.
Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
Support daily outlet operations and collaborate effectively with team members.
