Job Summary

 

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing multiple locations within a QSR environment and be able to drive performance across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Outlet Management:

 

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets

Ensure consistency in service delivery, product quality, and operational standards

Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews

Performance & Profitability:

 

Drive sales growth and achieve operational targets

Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall outlet performance

Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Team Leadership:

 

Supervise Restaurant Managers and outlet teams

Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management

Enforce discipline and maintain high team morale

Operational Control:

 

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards

Monitor inventory management and reduce wastage across outlets

Customer Experience:

 

Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets

Address and resolve escalated customer issues

Reporting & Strategy:

 

Prepare and present operational reports to management

Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement

Requirements

 

Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in a QSR

Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
