Job Summary

 

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales and operational targets.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

 

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

 

Team Management:

 

Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage

Drive team performance and enforce discipline where necessary

Customer Service:

 

Ensure excellent customer experience at all times

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Sales & Performance:

 

Drive sales and meet revenue targets

Monitor daily sales, expenses, and wastage

Inventory & Reporting:

 

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/central supply

Ensure proper inventory control and minimal wastage

Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports

Requirements

 

Minimum of HND / BSc in any relevant field

Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a QSR or retail environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must reside in or around Lekki.
