Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities

Operational Audits:

Conduct routine and unannounced audits across outlets, production, and central store.

Verify sales records, stock usage, inventory levels, and operational activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory & Process Monitoring:

Audit stock movement, usage, and reconciliation across all locations.

Identify discrepancies, wastage, or irregularities in operations.

Compliance & Control:

Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls across the business.

Ensure adherence to established processes and reporting standards.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and gaps.

Recommend corrective actions and track implementation.

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years experience in auditing, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail operations.

Strong knowledge of internal controls, inventory management, and operational audits.

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Ability to carry out field audits.

High level of integrity and accountability.
