Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related disciplines with 4 – 8 years relevant work experience.
Professional accounting qualification ICAN/ACCA.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS, IPSAS Auditing standards, CAMA, and other local/ International laws as may be applicable.
External Audit experience in both the Public & Private sectors is a must.
Must have worked, or currently working with an Audit Firm.
Strong leadership and project management skills
Knowledgeable of technical trends in the industry
Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple engagements and constantly meet deadlines
Knowledge of risk and process management
Must have integrity within a professional environment.
