Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage staff schedules, supervision, and performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and being a Chef is an added advantage.
