Job Summary
Dana Motors is seeking a proactive, smart, and well-organized Customer Service Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, sourcing new clients, and supporting sales and marketing activities to promote our automobile products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively sourcing new clients.
Promote company products, services, offers, and campaigns to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
Identify sales opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.
Issue and track customer invoices accurately.
Participate in marketing activities, corporate visits, and promotional events to attract and engage customers.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, visits, and feedback received.
Requirements
HND/BSc in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in automobile sales or the automotive industry.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to attract and retain customers.
Good customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Proximity to the company location.
