Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all branches
Drive profitability through effective cost control and financial discipline
Oversee cash flow management to ensure operational stability
Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
Strengthen internal controls across finance, inventory, and operations
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of findings
Supervise and develop the finance team across all locations.
Requirements
Professional certification: ACA or ACCA (mandatory)
9 – 12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 7–5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong experience in retail or multi-branch operations
Solid knowledge of financial controls, audit, and compliance
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an added advantage)
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
