Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product/service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely information to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-making.
Ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits to customers.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
