Job Summary
Achieve total revenue Budget for the year (as applicable to the outlet)and Achieve Budget EBITDA For the Outlet.
Achieve 40m Monthly sales and Achieve 40% Monthly Cost of sales
Ensure 100% PPE compliance in the outlet and Ensure 100% compliance with standard food handling procedures (Zero Food poisoning. Clean environment )
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Proximity to Island is key
Preferably Female
