Data warehouse, reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) – Interface Only
Sales force automation (SFA) – Interface
Customer relationship management (CRM), Point of Sales application
Back office accounting software application
Procurement and inventory management application, IP TV
Scope:
To identify IT related risks and issues and discuss it with Hotel Management and Regional team. to ensure PCI compliance
Smooth running of all computer systems.
Training of basic functions of user software.
Regular information to IT management about the new computer trends for the future.
Regular data safe /backup and regular IT Status report to the GM.
The following duties within frame of work:
Hardware, Software,Information/Data Security, Management.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline with 5+ years relevant work experience.
Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
Master’s Degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
