Requirements

Education:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field

MBA, MHA, or MPH is an added advantage

Experience:

 

8–12 years’ experience in healthcare operations

Proven experience managing multiple healthcare locations or networks in Nigeria.

Strong track record in:

 

Scaling operations

Driving revenue growth

Managing large teams.

Technical Skills:

 

Strong financial and P&L management skills

Experience with multi-site operations

Knowledge of diagnostics, wellness, and occupational health services

Data analysis and performance tracking expertise

Core Competencies:

 

Strong leadership and execution skills

Strategic thinking with hands-on approach

High level of accountability and ownership

Excellent stakeholder and people management skills

Commercial and results-driven mindset.

Ideal Candidate:

 

Has managed a chain of clinics, diagnostic centres, or HMO network

Understands both healthcare delivery and business performance

Has directly driven revenue growth

Comfortable overseeing multiple locations simultaneously.
