Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of hospitals, diagnostics centers, and healthcare institutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned key accounts
Ensure consistent service delivery and rapid resolution of client issues
Revenue Growth & Retention:
Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services (e.g., logistics, supply chain solutions, emergency fulfillment)
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and retention targets
Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and convert them into active business
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, satisfaction, and service improvement opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supply chain reliability and emergency healthcare logistics
Operational Coordination:
Liaise with operations, dispatch, pharmacy, lab, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
Monitor order fulfillment performance and escalate delays or service gaps proactively
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare logistics protocols
