Description
We are seeking a highly sales driven and target oriented Regional Manager to lead, coordinate, and optimize sales operations across the region.
The ideal candidate will meet assigned sales targets, oversee Sales Managers, drive sales growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales growth by ensuring targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Provide strategic leadership and supervision to Sales Managers within the region, ensuring sales growth.
Oversee multiple retail locations, ensuring strong business relationships with stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
Supervise execution of sales strategies and initiatives across all teams.
Lead market expansion efforts, including onboarding new outlets and market penetration.
Monitor sales performance, productivity, and market coverage; implement corrective actions where necessary.
Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales and senior management to align regional activities with overall business strategy.
Analyze sales data and repayment trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Requirements
HND / BSc in related fields.
2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or sales operations
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or in similar capacity.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Multiple Store Management experience is an added advantage.
