Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Drive sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded within the region.

Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.

Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams.

Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
