Key Responsibilities

 

Drive sales growth by ensuringtargets are met.

Mobilize new customers and grow assigned territories.

Conduct consistent follow-up on clients to ensure low default rate.

Meet and exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and repayment schedules

Build and sustain strong customer relationships within assigned communities

Requirements

 

OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.

Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Direct Sales (fintech experience is an advantage)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Target-driven with proven sales performance record

Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Benefits

 

Salary: N150,000 monthly.

Performance Bonus: Up to 150,000 Monthly.
