Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis within a retail or similar data-driven environment.
Relevant industry exposure in Retail Analytics, FMCG, Supply Chain, or Financial Services (data-focused roles preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data modeling and analysis).
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Sage, Oracle, or SAP.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is an added advantage.
Strong capability in forecasting, trend analysis, and data interpretation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
