Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management, property management, or a related field
Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping
Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations
Excellent communication (Written and Oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
Proximity to the Island is a plus
