Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate sales activities within the region to achieve the agreed sales budget
Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive sales growth
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or any science-related field
Minimum of 28 and maximum of 35 years of age
At least 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or demand generation
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets and healthcare industry dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy
Good sense of dressing and professional appearance
Ability to drive with valid driving license.
