Duties and Responsibilities
Handling payroll operation and preparing payroll reports.
Proper monitoring and control of vendors files, invoices and receipts.
Daily inventories and book keeping.
Preparation of financial statements, records and payment vouchers.
Confidentiality and conduct a data base backup when necessary.
Proper control of the store and all stock.
Qualification and Skill Sets
A minimum of either HND or B.Sc in Accounting or other related certificate.
Must have at least 5 and above years of working experience.
Up-to-date with Industry policies and regulations.
MS excel skills and other related accounting software’s.
Good knowledge in the use Dynamic NAV (Navision app) would be an added advantage.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Strong attention to details and good analytical skills.
Strong Numeracy and analytical Skills.
Social and Interpersonal Skills.
Organizational Skills.
Verbal and Written Communication.
Able to handle multiple tasks.
Quick Learner.
