Job Description
GWX Logistics Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations across courier, haulage, and cargo services.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while proactively resolving issues that may impact performance.
You will lead and manage cross-functional teams, including fleet, dispatch, and field staff, setting clear expectations and driving productivity through coaching and performance management.
You will identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, including developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency in routing, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.
A strong focus will also be placed on customer experience, ensuring high service standards and resolving escalated issues in collaboration with customer service teams.
Additionally, you will manage operational costs, monitor key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and profitability. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards while working closely with internal teams to align operations with business growth and strategic objectives.
