Key Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy with clear revenue targets, forecasting, and performance tracking across key product lines.

Recruit and manage distributors across major regions, defining territories and ensuring consistent stock movement.

Drive high-volume institutional sales through schools, uniform suppliers, security agencies, and government channels while managing key contracts and relationships.

Expand retail presence by strengthening partnerships with wholesalers and retailers and identifying new sales channels.

Provide market intelligence to guide product development and support brand growth.

Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team with clear targets and accountability.

Deliver outcomes including a strong national distribution network, increased sales—especially in the school shoe segment—secured institutional contracts, and expanded market penetration.

Qualifications & Experience

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous) with 10–15 years of senior sales leadership experience

Proven success building large-scale distribution networks

Strong relationships within Nigeria’s footwear, retail, or uniform supply markets

Demonstrated experience negotiating large commercial supply agreements.
