Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions from project initiation to completion
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Translate client requirements into clear project briefs for internal teams (design, site, and operations)
Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and solutions to clients
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
Manage client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with agreed scope, quality, and timelines
Support the business development team in client acquisition, proposals, and presentations
Track client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Prepare reports on client interactions, project status, and service performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in client service, project coordination, or relationship management within the construction/design industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design, and project delivery
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., NIA, NSE, CORBON) are an added advantage
