We are looking to recruit a Pharmacy Technician who will assist in:
Procurement of all pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical related products needed in the hospital
Maintain proper records of all products purchased and drugs dispensed; make sure the records are updated regularly
Interpreting doctor’s prescriptions and dispensing drugs to patients
Ensure that dispensed drugs are billed, and patients are referred to the accounts department for payment
Ensure that all pharmaceutical products are stored in appropriate condition
Maintain proper record of expired or about to expire drugs
Ensure proper stock taking
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
A Degree or HND in pharmacy Technology from a reputable institution.
Pharmacy Technician Certification
2-4 years experience and must be abreast with advancing technology in this field.
