The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a company’s products or services using online channels to reach, engage, and convert customers.
The role blends creativity, data analysis, and technical skills. This role combines leadership, smart and Tech Savvy to improve efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales)
Run and optimize ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Improve website visibility on search engines like Google through keyword research and content optimization.
Create and manage blogs, videos, email campaigns, and social media content to attract and engage audiences.
Plan posts, interact with followers, and grow brand presence across platforms
Design and send newsletters, promotions, and automated campaigns.
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights..
Improve website or landing page performance to increase leads and sales
Analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in Digital Marketing or administrative roles (2-5 years experience)
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social media
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Mailchimp, Hubspot, Canva )
Analytical thinking, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media/Digital marketing skills, and Networking
Basic design or video editing skills.
