Key Responsibilities

 

Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient execution of HR processes and policies.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit management.

Supervise recruitment operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, and onboarding coordination.

Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation systems.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee payroll input preparation, attendance records, leave administration, and benefits coordination.

Implement and improve HR operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisal processes, and employee development initiatives.

Generate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for management decision-making.

Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

 

B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline with 4–7 years proven experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR management roles.

Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Experience managing HR systems, employee records, and HR documentation.

Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
