Requirements

 

Minimum of a B.Sc. / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or any related discipline.

5-10 years proven experience as a CRM Manager, Customer Success Manager, CRM Administrator, or in a similar role.

Demonstrable experience in CRM administration, including automation workflows, dashboard reporting, customer data management, and data quality control processes.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

Experience using Omni Desk or equivalent customer engagement/customer support platforms.

Solid understanding of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data, generate reports, and provide actionable business insights.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, improve customer experience processes, and drive CRM optimization initiatives.
