Senior Sales Manager

Requirements

Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

5 – 7 years sales leadership experience with demonstrated team-quota delivery in high-ticket or real estate environments.

Strong experience in Banking, Insurance, Mortgage or Real Estate sales leadership.

Proven record managing high-performing sales teams.

Deep understanding of CRM systems and lead conversion.

Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Banking/financial sector will be an added advantage or similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
