Responsibilties

 

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes. Design and implement high-quality onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations: Serve as an employee champion by mediating workplace disputes, handling disciplinary procedures, and addressing grievances.

Performance & Talent Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance, career progression, and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage and monitor employee benefits programs, payroll administration, and compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.

Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR policies and practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and manage upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications

 

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 – 14 years experience.
