In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from concept to final delivery. We’re seeking someone who is not only proficient with a camera but also a wizard in the editing suite, capable of crafting visually stunning and impactful videos that resonate with our audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept Development: Brainstorm, research, and develop creative video concepts that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Filming & Production: Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and audio, and directing talent as needed.
• Video Editing: Expertly edit footage into compelling and high-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). This includes color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Content Optimization: Adapt video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website), ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
• Post-Production: Manage all post-production tasks, including file organization, archiving, and version control.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate video content seamlessly into broader campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Solid understanding of video production principles, including cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a strong asset.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
