The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of the Hotel and provide professional advisory and executive support.
He/She must enhance guest experience to help drive occupancy and focus must be on guest satisfaction and service quality.
Ensure compliance with all Hotel rules and regulations.
Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities and policies
Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings in the hotel.
Ensure security systems are effective.
Possess a high level of marketing skills so as to drive businesses into the hotel for revenue growth.
Ensure that all financial targets are achieved.
Ensure continuous patronage of clients to the hotel.
