We need a Customer Service Officer to support our online and offline customer service:
Manage social media posting schedules for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Create engaging and appropriate video content.
Escalate and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Skills We’re Looking For
Minimum of OND
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bonus: Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
