Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
\nAssist in preparing engineering related calculations and developingdrawings and visual aids
\nAssisting with fieldwork for data collection, site inspections, and observations
\nPreparing spreadsheets, graphs, and figures for design reports
\nParticipate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
\nContribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Team
\nEnsure that traffic control measures are implemented and maintained during construction
\nMonitor and record the work and progress of contractors while tracking material quality and usage
\nAssist with civil drafting in AutoCAD
\nWork with field inspection teams for oversight of construction projects; Industry Construction
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering
\nCurrently undergoing the NYSC program
\nYet to secure a primary assignment
\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
\nFamiliarity with designsoftware e.g. AutoCAD is a plus
\nInterest in the Real estate development industry and willingness to learn
\nMust reside in Lekki \/ Ajahand its Environs
