Job Summary<\/p>\n
The HR\/Admin Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company\u2019s human resources and Admin department, ensuring that all HR initiatives align with the company\u2019s strategic goals and having oversight of all administrative matters of the company.
\nThis role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent.
\nOversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
\nMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
\nStay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
\nFoster a positive work environment and address employee relations matters.
\nManage performance appraisal systems and support managers in employee development.
\nDevelop and implement effective training programs.
\nKey Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
\nMinimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
\nProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\nProfessional HR certification preferred (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHRi, SPHRi).
