Overseeing and managing the Umuahia Branch
\nDeveloping and implementing strategies for expanding business growth and portfolio
\nProviding leadership and guidance to relationship Managers within the branch
\nEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
\nFostering positive and collaborative work environment to drive employee engagement and retention.
\nAssess local market conditions and identify current and prospective disbursement opportunities
\nDevelop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
\nManage budget and allocate funds appropriately
\nBring out the best of branches\u2019 personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
\nLocate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
\nAddress customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
\nAdhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations\/applicable laws
\nStay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
\nMaster\u2019s degree is a plus.
\nMicrofinance Certification is an added advantage.
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
5 \u2013 8+ years of proven work experience.
\nMinimum of 4 years Experience in a similar role.
\nProven experience within the finance industry
\nExperience in developing and implementing strategic plans is required.
