Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Supervise and coordinate daily client service and front desk operations.<\/p>\n
Ensure excellent customer service delivery to patients and visitors.<\/p>\n
Serve as the first point of escalation for patient complaints and service-related issues.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and professional resolution of client concerns.<\/p>\n
Train, mentor, and supervise client service and front desk staff.<\/p>\n
Monitor staff performance and enforce customer service standards.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with medical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate client records and service reports.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards.<\/p>\n
Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance patient experience.<\/p>\n
Support management in developing and enforcing SOPs for client service operations.<\/p>\n
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Health Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Proven supervisory or team-lead experience.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.<\/p>\n
Professional certification in Customer Service Management, Healthcare Administration, or Patient Experience is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient flow, and service protocols.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
High level of professionalism, empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management systems (EMR).<\/p>\n
