Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Administer, configure, and maintain payroll systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including tax, pension, and other regulatory obligations.<\/p>\n
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.<\/p>\n
Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n
Manage payroll system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll integration and operations.<\/p>\n
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in payroll administration with strong technical\/system exposure.<\/p>\n
Experience working with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, Sage, or similar platforms.<\/p>\n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, formulas).<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory regulations.<\/p>\n
Experience with HRIS and ERP integrations.<\/p>\n
Strong data analysis and reporting capability.<\/p>\n
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n
