The Warehouse Loading Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all loading activities within the warehouse to ensure timely, accurate, and safe dispatch of goods.<\/p>\n
The role ensures adherence to company policies, inventory accuracy, safety standards, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Supervise daily loading operations to ensure timely truck turnaround and dispatch.<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate loading of products in line with invoices, waybills, and dispatch documentation.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.<\/p>\n
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and company procedures.<\/p>\n
Supervise loading staff and provide guidance to ensure productivity and discipline.<\/p>\n
Verify product quantities and quality before loading to minimize errors and damages.<\/p>\n
Ensure proper stacking, handling, and securing of goods during loading.<\/p>\n
Maintain loading records and prepare daily operational reports.<\/p>\n
Resolve loading discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.<\/p>\n
Drive continuous improvement in loading efficiency and warehouse operations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of OND \/HND \/Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3-6 years\u2019 experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.<\/p>\n
Strong leadership and team management skills.<\/p>\n
Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse safety standards.<\/p>\n
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.<\/p>\n
