We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. You will assess our internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Key Duties<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Identify and assess risks, internal control weaknesses, and areas for improvement<\/p>\n
Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation<\/p>\n
Collaborate with teams to implement audit recommendations<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies<\/p>\n
Prepare and present audit reports to management and the audit committee<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of internal audit experience<\/p>\n
Professional certification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CICA)<\/p>\n
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
Proficiency in audit software and tools<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience with risk-based auditing and internal controls frameworks and big4 experience is an add advantage.<\/p>\n
