The Branch Manager will drive business growth, profitability, risk control, and operational excellence within the branch, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Execute branch business strategy to meet loan, deposit, and revenue targets.<\/p>\n
Drive deposit mobilization, credit growth, and product cross-selling.<\/p>\n
Manage loan processing, monitoring, and recovery; maintain PAR \u2264 5%.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, KYC, AML\/CFT, and internal controls.<\/p>\n
Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery standards.<\/p>\n
Identify and mitigate credit and operational risks.<\/p>\n
Lead and develop staff; manage performance and discipline processes.<\/p>\n
Build customer and community partnerships to grow market share.<\/p>\n
Monitor branch performance and submit accurate periodic reports.<\/p>\n
Improve processes and support digital\/operational transformation.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage).<\/p>\n
5\u20137 years banking experience, with at least 3 years in management.<\/p>\n
Solid knowledge of microfinance operations, credit, and regulation.<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n
