Provide senior-level legal advisory, transaction, and litigation support while contributing to business development and firm growth.<\/p>\n
The role combines corporate\/commercial legal expertise, case and transaction management, and team leadership.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Report to the Managing Partner on legal matters and firm activities<\/p>\n
Conduct advanced legal research and prepare opinions and advisory notes<\/p>\n
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents<\/p>\n
Handle corporate transactions, restructurings, M&A, and regulatory filings<\/p>\n
Manage assigned cases, pleadings, motions, and legal processes<\/p>\n
Represent clients in court, tribunals, and ADR proceedings<\/p>\n
Support company secretarial and corporate governance functions<\/p>\n
Engage clients and manage relationships professionally<\/p>\n
Contribute to client acquisition and cross-selling initiatives<\/p>\n
Mentor junior lawyers and review legal work output<\/p>\n
Support nominee training programs and structured legal capacity building<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
LL.B + BL (Call to Bar required)<\/p>\n
LL.M (Corporate\/Commercial\/Business Law preferred)<\/p>\n
8\u201310 years post-qualification experience<\/p>\n
Strong background in corporate transactions, governance, and compliance<\/p>\n
Experience mentoring junior lawyers and supporting business growth<\/p>\n
Relevant certifications in governance, compliance, or project management are an advantage<\/p>\n
Experience in Accounting or have worked with a Finance firm is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
