We seek a highly motivated and seasoned MD \/ CEO for a Microfinance Bank in Ikeja, Lagos.
\nThe ideal candidate must demonstrate strong strategic insight, a proven performance record, and a solid educational background, supported by extensive business and operational experience within a leading Microfinance Bank.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership to ensure sustainable profitability and measurable social impact.
\nDrive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through consistent delivery of excellent customer experience.
\nEnsure full compliance with all internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
\nOffer strong leadership and guidance to the branch team.
\nPrepare, analyze, and present comprehensive performance reports at agreed intervals.
\nKey Performance Indicators

\nRequirements<\/p>\n
HND, BSc Degree
\nA minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least five years in the Microfinance subsector covering operations, risk, and sales.
\nIn-depth knowledge of Microfinance Bank operations, best practices, and regulatory frameworks.
\nStrong understanding of financial management principles and broader management techniques.
\nExcellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
\nStrong people management and relationship-building skills.
\nGood knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
\nHigh level of commercial awareness and business acumen.
